With our own unique blue livery we have 4 main series - All Valve, High Gain, Classic and Bass with models in each to meet most needs from bedroom practise amp to gigging combo. We'll be adding even higher output models in each range including head/speaker models. In addition we can offer the Mini3 micro-amp and the Freeman battery powered portable stereo amp. We've received high praise from a number of players for these guitar amps and think you'll be amazed at the sound.
The most important factor when selecting a guitar amplifier will always be SOUND. Choose an amp that YOU like the tone of. Your personal taste shouldn't sway because someone else tells you or because you think everyone else is using a particular type of amp. Skylark Valve Series Guitar Amplifiers
Many players tend to lean toward valve amps because of the more "natural" and "warm" guitar sounds they produce. Valve (or tube) guitar amps have a long standing reputation for being the definitive guitar sound.
This range of solid state amplifiers is the core model of our amps. With switchable clean/overdrive channel the tonal possibilities are wide. Slightly cleaner sounding and warmer overdrive than the GA models they are great for country, pop, blues and rock sounds. A good range of features up through the models. Great construction including chrome front grills.
This range of solid state amplifiers builds on the classic series and takes the overdrive channel to higher gain levels, creating the sounds and tones needed for many modern guitar styles. Retaining a switchable clean/overdrive channel facility we push the tonal palette even further. These models are highly suited to thrash/shredding/metal/grunge sounds. We maintain great construction and quality speakers.
